Neve - Snow
This is what they consider 'snow' in Virginia.

Last month snow was just forecast and the entire city closed. Schools, businesses, everything. I'm surprised this snow did not cause a run at the grocery stores. People think they are going to be stuck in there houses for weeks if it snows. Grocery stores run out of things like milk and pop tarts. Strawberry pop tarts; the number one seller in bad weather. ?Comfort food? Oh well, welcome to the South.

I remember these dustings! They shut the whole city down & there were accidents galore! LOL!

Imagine what it's like down here in Mississippi! I've seen "snow" two or three times in the last six/seven years - actually just a few hours of wet slush.
