Integrity
How far does your integrity go? Yesterday mine was pushed beyond acceptance, to me. My boss was asking me to do something that I felt was unethical. He pushed. I quit. I still retain my INTEGRITY. (and I already have another job lined up, which came about after I quit.) I can not and will not work in an environment where there are no ethics or integrity. It is totally against who I am.
So, I am looking forward to new adventures in the work place.

I feel very lucky not to have been put in such a situation. Came close a couple of times with bosses who were doing shady (as in completely rotten and illegal)things, but they never tried to make me a part of it. Glad you've already got something in the works. Let me know about it when it happens.
